Agile Roller Skates
November 18th, 2007 by bri
It’s always worth keeping up with Martin Fowler’s latest comments on the state of Agile development. One post I particularly like can be found on his blog : RollerSkateImplementation
Development teams and project managers could learn a lot from this post - i.e. don’t try to deliver 100% of the product all in one go. Splitting projects into bite-sized deliverables can help keep both the customer and supplier happy!
I guess the key phrase to bear in mind is “keep it simple”.
